Kessler

An original debris-cascade shooter — snappy thrust, tap-timing shields, and rocks that just keep splitting.
▶ PLAY KESSLER

KESSLER is an original debris-cascade shooter — a loving mechanics homage to the classic Mac rock-shooters of the early 90s shareware era.

One rock breaks into two. Two break into four. That's the Kessler syndrome, and you're the salvage pilot flying in the middle of it.

How it plays

  • Rotate and thrust — momentum is real, and the only brake is a 180° flip. No hyperspace here: your lifeline is an energy shield. Hold it and it drains fast; tap it with timing to bounce rocks off for cheap.
  • Waves escalate: hunter drones with aimed plasma, homing mines that stalk you, gravity vortexes (the shield will NOT save you there), and supernovas on a fuse — shoot them down before they shatter the whole field.
  • The wave bonus ticks down while you dawdle. Shoot the comets and × multiplier orbs early to fatten it, then clear fast.
  • Touch the yellow salvage pods — don't shoot them! Spread shot, autofire, retro-thrusters, long-range plasma, shield refills, hazard freeze, nova blast, and the lucky charm.
  • Extra ship every 50,000. High-score table keeps the receipts.
